The Thermals @ Wicker Park Fest 2007
In the middle of “Pillar of Salt”, a single hand clutching an iPhone shot above the heads of the crowd, snapped a quick photo, and then disappeared into the sea of jumping scenesters as quickly as it appeared. Even though the band played only thirty minutes and the guy in front of me blew smoke in my face for the entire duration, I still had a great fucking time.
