I rode my bike for the first time in two weeks today. I’d forgotten how much I enjoy doing that. I’m slowly gaining weight, not in a good way. The possibilty of lurching towards a permanently sedentary (sessile?) lifestyle scares me. Tomorrow, I’m going to start running before work again.
