		<description><![CDATA[I rode my bike for the first time in two weeks today. 
I&#8217;d forgotten how much I enjoy doing that. 
I&#8217;m slowly gaining weight, not in a good way. The possibilty of lurching towards a permanently sedentary (sessile?) lifestyle scares me. Tomorrow, I&#8217;m going to start running before work again.
